This morning I whipped up this ice cream. It took about 5 minutes and I’m so glad I did because it was the perfect after dinner snack. Serve this to your friends and family on a hot summer evening and they’ll have no idea how little work you put into making them a delicious and cool dessert (or how healthy it is)
-32 oz of yogurt (greek or dairy)
-1/2 cup of mashed fresh strawberries
-1/2 cup of strawberry preserves
-1/4 cup of blue agave
Just mix it all up and spread it evenly in a pan, freeze for at least four hours. I topped mine with homemade hot fudge. The easiest, healthiest dessert I’ve ever made!
